In addition, I've been able to solo him as a Feral/Guardian druid, as a Havoc/Vengeance DH, as a Survival/BM hunter, as a Fury/Protection/Arms warrior with Impending Victory, as well as a Frost/Blood/Unholy DK, all in the 210-220 ilvl range- The key is to interrupt his Eyebolt instead of his beam - 2x Eye Bolts deal as much damage as the full beam, but over a 3 second period, and interrupting the first Eyebolt after every beam results in you ONLY taking damage from his beam, which is easily sustainable with solely Accretion (70%+ overall healing).
Comment by FrogspoisonIt "seems" you can get him to spawn faster by killing mobs fighting in the outside area - Not 100% sure, but after ~5 minutes of fighting I get the emote, or roughly 50-70 mobs killed.
